Our 5th Anniversary & 50th Edition extravaganza! From our humble beginnings in 2018, we set out to create a vibrant community of individuals eager to share their stories and ideas in the lively PechaKucha format.
Fast forward five years and 49 editions later, and we are thrilled to announce the flourishing of the PechaKucha Tribe. This dedicated and engaged community has become the heartbeat of our events. With 539 speakers, captivating audiences, and over 5000 enthusiastic attendees sipping on 5000+ bottles of beer and 3000+ glasses of cocktails and devouring countless delicious bites, our tribe has become a force to be reckoned with!

SPEAKERS:
#1. ANSHU ARORA-Attraversiamo Advocate *
Anshu Arora is a Global C-Suite Master Facilitator & Coach, an accomplished Speaker, a Certified Storyteller and an Author. Her charismatic storytelling came to life with her first published book, “Candid Conversations with Anshu Arora,” which is 11 true stories of extraordinary grit, courage, and resilience.
STORY
As an Attraversiamo Advocate, she believes nothing in life is etched in stone. We can cross over and state that this is not how my story will end.
#2. BIPASHA SEN GUPTA-Visual Artist, Ceramist*
Bipasha is a visual and ceramic artist practising for the last 15 years. She takes her inspiration from the environment, especially the sea, and believes in conserving it through her art.
Bipasha has worked with many countries and state governments on environmental issues through her art. Her pieces are in proud possession in many governmental and personal spaces, including corporate offices.
She now has a pottery studio in Saligao, where she works and teaches.
STORY
Introduction to ceramics and generating an awareness about the art so that learning is imparted and love for the same grows, which brings communities together.
#3. ELTON COHELO- Chief Storyteller
While Elton grew up in Dubai, he was disillusioned with the overbearing materialistic culture of the region. After volunteering at a school in Auroville after high school, Elton decided to pursue a degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Ashoka University. After graduating from university, Elton took a one-way flight to Goa to work at build3, a startup studio that helps founders build impact startups better (any startup that betters the mind, body or the planet). He is currently one of the leads of Co-Hub, a program designed as a workstation for a curated group of founders and artists.

#4. INSIA LACEWALLA – Entrepreneur*
Insia Lacewalla is a hospitality consultant, travel writer, and the founder and driving force behind “W.E,” a membership-based club and community for women empowerment in Goa.
STORY
She will discuss her journey to building a community of inspiring and aspiring women in Goa.
#5. LIZA PINHEIRO- Agriculture Consultant & Agripreneur
Liza Pinheiro is an Agriculture Consultant and Agripreneur from Vasco. Soon after completing her BSC in Agriculture, she started an agriculture consultancy called ‘Fruits of Hardwork’, wherein she provides services to set up kitchen gardens, landscaping, fruit tree manuring, composting, etc.
As a Secretary of Agricos Alumni Association-Goa, she has organised fifty free webinars on agriculture, gardening and value addition during COVID. She is also a member of the Botanical Society of Goa, chaired the 31st Annual Home Garden Competition last year, and was on the organising team of Konkan Fruit Fest and Plant Utsav for the last two years.
She was felicitated as ‘Goa Star Woman 2023 in the Agriculture Sector by Goa Panchayat. Won Business Diva 2022 by GCCI and FIIRE.

My journey from a student to a professional in agriculture, inspiring young role models in agriculture and green activities done by our agri-tribe to promote agriculture that encourages and inspires the young and old.
#6. NATASHA FERNANDES- Curator @ MoCA
Natasha Fernandes is from Goa and has worked as the Curator at the Museum of Christian Art (MoCA) since 2007. She has a Master’s degree in History from the Goa University. She was awarded a scholarship by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Portugal and the Museum of Christian Art, Goa (2006-2007) and trained in various aspects of museum management at museums in Lisbon, Portugal. Natasha has coordinated several museum projects and curates experiences and heritage walks in Old Goa.
STORY
At MoCA, we care about building awareness about our unique artistic and cultural heritage through various community-focused programmes, including workshops, heritage walks, lectures and activities for all age groups.
#7. NISHANT SALDANA- Artist
Nishant Saldanha is an artist who uses drawing, photography and writing as the core practices in his work. He studied art and design at Central Saint Martins, London, before moving to California Institute of The Arts, Los Angeles, where he majored in filmmaking. After working in the animation industry and being part of the independent comics community in America, he moved back to Goa, India, to pursue an independent art practice.
His best-known work, Mr Good Guy, is an award-winning character-driven comic with an experimental approach to form and visual storytelling.
In Goa, Nishant also co-coordinates the Amche Mollem Citizen’s Campaign, a wide-ranging effort using arts, science, and legal strategies to voice citizen concerns against three destructive infrastructure projects in Goa’s largest protected area.

#8. POONAM RIBO- Co-founder/Director Konkan Explorers
Poonam Ribo, co-founder of Konkan Explorers, has called Goa home for over 15 years. Former actor/model, she now dedicates herself to building a vibrant community of explorers and adventurers. With “damsel distressless” as her Insta handle, Poonam thrives on challenges, embracing a lifelong learning journey.
STORY
Explore Poonam’s internal and external explorations, witnessing the evolution from a city dweller to an entrepreneur and critical state contributor, challenging conventional expectations despite being non-local and building communities.
#9. RACHIT RAWAT- Entrepreneur
Rachit is the founder & CEO of Party Hunt. He has been a skilled programmer since he was ten years old and graduated from IIT-Allahabad in 2014 with a bachelor’s in Information Technology. With his love for coding, entrepreneurship, music, and community building, he has nurtured the idea from inception into a growing company.

#10. RAJKUMAR KAMAT- Business Enabler
The promoter of EP Kamat Group is into manufacturing composite products and wastewater recycling. His manufacturing business has won two National Awards from the KVIC and the Ministry of MSME. His pinnacle achievement was the oversubscribed IPO of EP Biocomposites Ltd. in Sept 2022, exceeding expectations by 17.5 times.
In his second Avatar, he works towards employment creation through entrepreneurial growth, utilising his positions as the Executive Director of BNI Goa, President of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Chairman of Vibrant Goa Foundation and Member of the Investment Promotion Board. His dedication to employment & entrepreneurship goes beyond organisational roles; he actively contributes through initiatives like Business Voices and the BNI Foundation.
