AAINA SINGH-Experienced Designer and Artist
Aaina began her career at Claymen and Infonauts, designing pottery, sculptures, and infographics for clients like WHO, GGGI Jordan, and Raw Mango. Embracing her passion for digital design, she joined Now Form, crafting apps and websites for iconic brands like Suket Dhir and major banks like SBI, Kotak, and Bank of Baroda. She then ventured into the SAAS startup world, building the design team at inFeedo and working as a Senior Product Designer at Virtual Internships in Vietnam. Today she in Goa where she found her Ikigai. Now, she is developing a nature and art retreat, aiming to inspire inner child confidence through creative expression.

She is a homemaker, teacher, and entrepreneur. The 3 ‘E’s, i.e., enthusiastic, empathetic, and energetic, define her personality. Coming from a humble background, she believes, ” To get, you have to give!” After fulfilling motherhood duties for her son, she is now a full-time soft skill trainer, parenting coach, and posh enabler. Yoga and dance instructor. She has trained and transformed almost 8,000 people, including students and professionals, on various topics like communication, public speaking, personality development, and leadership, among others.

Devika Mangaldas is a Counselling Psychologist, Life Coach, NLP therapist, Corporate Trainer, Tarot Card Reader, Art therapist, Healer, Spiritual Coach, and Life Long Learner and brings 17+ years of professional experience in the field of mental health, training, social work, education, and research. She is passionate about motivating others in life and conducts workshops and trainings to develop various life skills in schools, colleges, Hospitals and corporate companies. She does counselling & therapy sessions for those dealing with Stress, Anxiety, Depression, or psychological concerns through her initiative “Positive Perception Counselling & Training Services”. She has been able to touch 1000 + lives in therapy and reached out 7000+ personnel through her workshops and talks.

Rahila Khan, a fashion educator with 26+ years of teaching experience and 7 years of industry expertise in garment exports works as a Senior Lecturer at Government Polytechnic Panaji. She mentors aspiring fashion models & professionals at International Fashion Week Goa and The Fashion Triad International. She’s also an active member of the GCCI women’s wing. With a passion for social work, she is in the core committee of NGOs Udant & Urooj dealing with educating children & aiming for a beggar free Goa. Spreading positivity, Rahila empowers individuals and communities through confidence building.

Shawn Kenneth Fernandes is an award-winning entrepreneur specializing in Technology, UI/UX, and Branding. Shawn has taught more than 15,000 students in UI/UX & Design and served as an expert judge at various noteworthy competitions.
